Need a reset button? Try this Yoga!

I feel like I just hit my reset button - and when I come across something good - I need to share ;)

I've been a member over at My Yoga Online for over a year, and I've loved and tried out lots of various styles of yoga videos. But nothing could replace my lost Hot Yoga. I left that behind in the City, when we moved to this small town. A small price to pay for living in such a wonderful place on Earth..

But I missed Hot Yoga nevertheless. I just couldn't get my butt out to attend classes in town either.. nothing compared to "my" yoga.

I felt that love for yoga again, for the first time in a long while. It was an inconspicuous looking video called "Extended Fire Flow". The video was just under an hour, and I had so much fun, got a good workout in, and felt the yoga bliss too :)

If you haven't been on My Yoga Online for awhile - go check them out. I love it so much that I requested to become an affiliate (I was already telling my "real" world about it, may as well spread it around the virtual too).
